The bathroom was leaking, I didn't like it.

The rooms with lovely views had a peaceful ambiance, and the added amenities like central heating, pay TV, and a refrigerator were a nice bonus.

Everything was brand-new, EXCEPTIONALLY NICE staff, good location so close to the surrounding area, and outdoor market and other sightseeing.

This place offers a nicely sized room with a cozy bed 🛏️. the bathroom is clean and has walk-in showers with good drainage.

As longer term business travelers, we were delighted with the friendly staff who were always willing to assist us. the enormous double room with two double beds was perfect for our needs and provided ample space to work and relax. the presence of a translator at the hotel was extremely helpful, especially when exploring the historical sites in Dien Bien Phu. the staff's use of Google translate also ensured effective communication. the hotel's central location allowed us to easily access nearby restaurants, making dining convenient and varied.

Amazing cleanliness and beautiful rooms—couldn't ask for more! Two big pluses were the proximity to the airport and the abundance of dining options nearby. the rooms looked just like the pictures online—no false advertising! Plus, the beds were incredibly comfortable.

There were a few small hiccups that were a bit disappointing. there were no drinks or coffee available in the room, even for an extra fee.

The staff at this hotel were so helpful, they were practically my personal assistants! Always available, always smiling. The free WiFi was a bonus, I even managed to beat my high score on Candy Crush. Wow!

Just a minor detail, the breakfast options were so amazing that I couldn't decide what to eat. Too many delicious choices!
